Hey Ho, Holiday is Here!

Sorry, long-awaited-post here. Hehe. :P

I-AM-ON-A-THREE-AND-A-HALF-MONTHS-SUMMER-HOLIDAY!
Summer timeeeeeee!!!! Oh wait, it's monsoon season in Malaysia. Too bad. :(

My last paper was about a week ago. It was farking microeconomics paper. If I pass, Ass-lvin can go kiss my ass shhh, too early to say anything yet.

So.... I notice almost everyone is getting a Digital SLR.
But the main point is, they dunno how to use it. O.o
WHATS THE POINT OF GETTING ONE THEN?
It doesn't cost like RM500 also. Then have to buy lens la, camera bag la, tripod la, etc. Not to forget dragging some so very heavy camera everywhere. And shooting in auto mode? I think a cheaper Lumix/Canon compact camera can do as good as that. Do aeroplanes allow heavy camera bags as an extra hand carry just like laptops? Even so, no fun travelling with an extra burden. Scare people snatch the camera la. Cannot leave the camera out of sight la. Etc.. etc..

It's small and italic-ed for a reason - my rants, hence, not suppose to be read. :P

Lately addicted to Michale Buble's Haven't Met You Yet. It's like the next I'm Yours, meaning that it'll be the only song I play on my WMP for the next whole week non-stop.

Lately my mom has also allowed me to start embracing the Pajero on the road. So far I've drove it to Mines, PJ and KL. All these are nothing compared to driving in Klang. I think I'll like bang all those small cars on the road if I drive in Klang. I'm still not very used to driving an auto car. Everytime I brake and the whole car starts to shiver, I'll tend to look for the clutch. Lol! Still, I'm not allowed to drive it alone.

Lately Cindesmondrella also celebrated his birthday at TGIF, Curve. After dinner, we went to Laundry for minum where I had my first Cosmopolitan and was trying to figure out what that curl-thingy was in the drink. It was lemon peel. Blame Desmond for no photos!

So... How's 2012? I wanna watch it tomorrow.

Google Chrome

Yesterday I wasn't feeling very well and hence spent half a day rolling on the bed/sleeping. Then I slacked till midnight? and went thru some of my marketing notes.

Butttt, I found a new love! :D

Google Chrome!

FYI, before this, I was using Firefox and IE. Firefox because I like the tabs, bookmark bar and all that. I use IE because Facebook (and a lot of other websites) will never load properly in my Firefox. So my IE was for Facebook, Maybank2u, Google, Blogger, etc. To be honest, only Lowyat.net is able to load on Firefox.

And now I got a newwww browser! I should have use it like last year when it first started. :D

It has this wonderful theme page where I can select what kind of theme I want. And it seems that we can make our own theme also. I'm going to put a whole lot of my faces everywhere. Wahaha..

I'm so used to using Firefox, and Google Chrome uses the same 'command keys'. Like Ctrl-T opens new tab and clicking the scroll button will open the link in a new tab. So I really really like this browser! :P And when you open a new tab, the page above will come up which shows the most visited 8 websites and most recent websites of mine to click on. Lalalala...

Okay, now I have to go memorize what are the difference between goods and service and what is price skimming/penetration. :( :( :(

Btw...

I WANTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please TQ

Oh did I mention that I can pull my blogger edit post box like BIG BIG BIG BIG.
New <3!

Deepavali Valthukkal

Heh! The times where I learn the phrase "Piranthanal Valthukkal" was Happy Birthday and whatever-Valthukkal was Happy-whatever. :P

It was blardy happening outside my house today.
Emcee annoucement, songs blasting away waking me up from my beauty sleep, I thought they specially had a Deepavali event at the field about 10 minutes walk from my house.

Then I realise, no it's no Deepavali event. It's some *inserts race here* big shot's kid wedding held at the playground opposite my house. Got security hanging around and everything.

Sooooo many cars.
And one of the car even dare to farking park in front of my BIG GATE!
Makes me wonder whether these people got freaking brain or not. It was a female driver btw.

My mom told the emcee and they annouced for blah-blah-blah to remove their car. The worst part is, because one of my family friends came over, the driver came to remove her big ass MPV from my main gate. Then after she saw my family friends drove their car into my compound, she farking parked in front of my gate again.

BODOH till the extend that there's no space for bodoh-ness already. *shakeshead*

Redang Trip September '09

Thoughts to myself:
"I better blog now before the blogging inspiration goes away again."

*mini update*
Ok, so I've not been blogging for like ... days.
My finals are in ... days. Around 2 weeks la.
I have 3 assignments due in this coming week. The last 3 assignments for this semester. Yay!
I'm suppose to study Marketing now. Boo..

Hello people, meet your new divemaster - Flora.

Fine, I'm not yet a divemaster, due to the financial crisis :) and many other factors.

Me and the bf followed this "city dive center" (is that what you call it?) to Redang last month for our certification dives. Well, technically ours wasn't dives, more like certification rescue scenario.

And since the rest of the students were PADI Open Water students, we immediately became more senior even though we were the youngest of the lot. And hence, the "temporally" divemaster status. Eh we actually did assist the instructors ok! No play play. :D

This is Fareed, my other instructor + wearing my specs.
He became the victim for our rescue scenario. The scenario was done when we were having some snacks and suddenly people were calling for help in the sea. The cute thing was that there was this guy on the beach who immediately remove his shirt and jump into the sea to help. Turns out that he was a live guard on holiday. :D

Rescue Diver course is actually quite fun. Just that I don't have the stamina to drag carry people. :P I was giving CPR to Fareed. It's interesting to know how this and that can save people that needs help but when you're put into a situation with so many this, that, those, these, thang, thing, thong, etc., everything seems to be forgotten and goes wrong! Ahh..

You remember nemo-s right? :D
We did only one leisure dive but unfortunately didn't see much other than two wreck ships and lots of sand. Then we did another boat dive which was the last certification dive for the Open Water students which we were busy helping the instructors than enjoying the dive. Lalalala....

But the bf still managed to get a few awesome underwater snaps.
The jelly! Which was almost crushed into jelly-ies. Heard that this nudibranch was carried from the sandy bottom to a nearby coral cause the students were trying very hard to maintain their buoyancy. So it must be saying #^@&!@ I WALK GLIDE SO FAR AND NOW I'M BACK ON THE CORAL?!?!. :P

And taa-daaaa! After all the suffering, finally..
The instructor, divemaster, divers, newly certified divers and rescue divers.
Among them, one was a photographer for The Edge, another was a writer for Nanyang, another a writer for Virtual Malaysia, another a writer for Oriental Daily, two of them are MAS flight attendants, one Pierre Cardin, one dentist, one Flora and many more. Weee...

Not only did I get a certificate and my licenses, I got a trillion mosquito bites as well.

The dive center that I went to was Dolphin Sports Adventure located at Sunway Mentari. If anyone ever wants to pick up diving, I would suggest to go there cause based on experience and how he taught those Open Water students, he was superbly good at giving you the best of the best. And torture you also so you'll know what to do in the future. Confession: I've never open my eyes underwater and I did! (because he forced me to) But it wasn't that bad and I kinda liked it. HEHEHE.

Redang Island

Hello people,
I just got back from Pulau Redang a few days ago. :D

The real Pulau Redang, not the fake one in Aquaria. :P
